Deposits & Refunds

Deposits are refunded if you cancel before balance due date. If necessary to cancel after you have made your final payment, all monies paid will be refunded. If YOU or Tradewinds has a replacement. If no replacement is available, non-refundable expenses will be assessed. Cancellation insurance at nominal cost is available and advised on overnight tours. You definitely need to purchase cancellation /medical coverage for International Travel and Cruises.

Regarding Day Tours : Full refunds will be honored if YOU or Tradewinds has a replacement should it be necessary to cancel after you have paid for the One Day Tour. If there is no replacement, non refundable expenses will be assessed.

Tradewind Tours Inc and Coordinators act solely as the agent for the undersigned in arranging the accommodations for the trip , in consideration of the qualifications of the undersigned for the trip, and subject to all the terms and conditions for the entities providing accommodations and transportation, the undersigned persons do, for themselves and their heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and minor children who also take the trip, hereby release and discharge Tradewind Tours, its coordinators, owners, officers, agents and employees, from any and all liability, causes of action, damages, personal injuries, loss of property, inconvenience, business or commercial losses, and any and all demands in law or in equity in any jurisdiction which may occur by reason of any incident arising out of the trip referred to in this brochure, or any attachments hereto. Further, Tradewind Tours, and its coordinators, owners, agents and employees reserve the right to make alterations to the itinerary as may be necessary. In their discretion to carry out the trip: also, to cancel any trip prior to departure and in such cases the total obligation of Tradewind Tours will be only to refund payments previously made by the undersigned. Each adult passenger executes this release and discharge for himself or herself, and for any minor child under the age of 18 years.
