November 18, Friday, Day 1… Join other happy travelers to the Bluegrass State of Kentucky. We arrive in Louisville, home of the Kentucky Derby and the city of holiday Hospitality. Check into the beautiful GALT HOUSE for our two nights lodging. They will bring the sights and sounds of the holiday season to life through a presentation of A KALIGHTOSCOPE CHRISTMAS. We first visit and tour the ever popular SLUGGER MUSEUM, a hallmark attraction all decorated for the season. Admire the World’s biggest bat and a factory tour where world famous baseball bats and created. Derby Dinner Theater will provide their special holiday live musical entertainment and our delicious holiday evening meal. Return to the Galt House all galore in holiday decorations. November 19, Saturday, Day 2…Enjoy buffet breakfast in the Cafe Magnolia. Later arrive at the nearby KY. CENTER FOR ARTS. Enjoy the wonderful KENTUCKY SHOW. This media production tells you what KENTUCKY is all about. Later enjoy lunch of the BELLE OF LOUISVILLE, the oldest operating Mississippi river-style sternwheeler steamboat in existence today, as well as a National Historic landmark. Return to the Galt House to do a walk-through KALIGHTOSCOPE CHRISTMAS LUMINARY EXPERIENCE. This attraction is comprised of larger-than-life, lighted sculptures, handcrafted by more than 30 artisans. The 15,000 square –foot display features more than six miles of colored, patterned fabrics and four miles of rope and internal lighting adorning the individual luminary sculptures. After this wondrous display enjoy COLORS OF THE SEASON DINNER SHOW. Retire for the night in your holiday surroundings. Included; Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
